Made by guys that know what ya want cause they want it too. Brewed with premium Australian malt grown in the Riverina NSW by our friends at Voyager Craft Malt. A base of light Atlas malt topped with Organic Chit malt for a touch of body and head retention.

Late hopped in the kettle with Australian grown hops. Fermented cold and slow with our house lager strain for 12 days to present the cleanest snappy lager possible. Then moved to a secondary tank to lager until perfection. Full strength, 4.6%.

Pouring a soft pale gold colour topped with a fluffy white head. Lovely lacing down the glass follows every sip to the bottom. A soft, bright aroma comes out of the glass with a gentle grainy smell. Drinking this beer you get a snappy, crackery and super refreshing Noosa Beer. Nothing wrong with that!
